MM2F Privacy Policy

Market Move 2 Freedom (“MM2F,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the MM2F Algo Engine Chart Scanner browser extension and the MM2F member platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information the extension and platform collect, why it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

• Authentication information: an MM2F member access token used to confirm account access.
• Website content: user-selected TradingView chart screenshots, visible symbol information, and visible timeframe information.
• User activity related to the extension: selected analysis mode, capture progress, panel state, connection status, and submission status.
• Technical information: limited browser, device, network, error, and server-log information needed for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

• Bank account details, credit-card numbers, brokerage credentials, or payment-card data.
• Health information.
• Private emails, text messages, or personal communications.
• Precise GPS location.
• A general history of websites visited outside the supported MM2F workflow.
• Keystroke logs or browsing activity unrelated to MM2F chart analysis.

3. How We Use Information

• Authenticate active MM2F members.
• Capture and submit charts selected by the user.
• Generate the requested multi-timeframe market analysis.
• Preserve extension settings and capture progress.
• Open and display completed analysis reports.
• Prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain service security and reliability.

4. Data Sharing and Sale

MM2F does not sell personal information or extension data. Data may be processed by service providers used to host, secure, and operate the MM2F platform, but only as necessary to provide the requested service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and legal rights of MM2F and its users.

5. Data Storage and Retention

The member token and extension preferences may be stored locally in the browser. Submitted screenshots, analysis results, and related service records may be stored on MM2F systems for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or operational requirements. Data that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized.

6. Data Security

MM2F uses HTTPS for data transmitted between the extension and app.marketmove2freedom.com. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should keep their access token private.

7. Browser Permissions

• activeTab and tabs: identify and communicate with the active TradingView chart tab.
• scripting: load the packaged MM2F scanner interface and capture functions into TradingView.
• storage: save the member token, selected mode, panel state, and capture progress.
• notifications: notify users about capture success, failure, or completed analysis.
• host permissions: operate on TradingView and communicate with app.marketmove2freedom.com.

8. Remote Code

The extension does not download or execute remotely hosted JavaScript, WebAssembly, or other executable code. All extension logic is included in the submitted extension package. The extension communicates with MM2F servers only for authentication, screenshot upload, and analysis results.

9. User Choices and Deletion Requests

Users may disconnect the extension, remove it from their browser, clear locally stored extension data, or contact MM2F to request access to or deletion of eligible account data. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

10. Children’s Privacy

MM2F is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Trading and Financial Disclaimer

MM2F is an educational chart-analysis and decision-support platform. It does not execute trades, guarantee profits, or provide personalized financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
